~Czarina Jeni: I didn't have to wait on hold, and the young man was able to quickly able to identify the problem and help me solve it. He was very polite and apologetic.

~Czarina Jeni: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Czarina Jeni: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sam's Club's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Czarina Jeni: For that I would say four out of five.
