~RoseGardener: I set up an account and tried to make a simple purchase via samsclub.com. I kept getting error msgs. so I called the main contact number. The CSR (Brenda) took my info and was very friendly and helpful. She said that someone from tech support would call me back ASAP. ** hours go by and no phone call from them. So, I call back and talk to Richard, who was also fantastic, good listener, etc. He apologized for the delay and said that someone would contact me. ** hours go by and finally someone calls me and leaves a voicemail. However, this person didn't leave any helpful info or her name. So not that helpful, since I have to CALL THEM and figure out who called me!! The customer service reps are A plus. The tech support? C minus. At BEST. Wassup, samsclub.com? I want to spend money at your site and you won't let me. What gives? Why make things so difficult? By the way, there is no way for the customer service people to take any payments over the phone- there's no way to do a phone order at

~RoseGardener: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RoseGardener: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sam's Club's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RoseGardener: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sam's Club customers?
~RoseGardener: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sam's Club to know who you are.
