~Linday: I was calling to cancel an order that has not shipped for ** days. You cannot cancel online and I kept getting disconnected going through their method. This worked, but the whole procedure is frustrating especially since she said she can't guarantee me this would cancel the order. If it doesn't, I will have to refuse the order (and lose shipping charges). I don't think so!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sam's Club. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sam's Club problem?
~Linday: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Linday: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sam's Club's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Linday: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sam's Club customers?
~Linday: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sam's Club to know who you are.
