~nikki: I purchased a Samsung galaxy s* only a year ago ...* days after the warranty expired the device started running hot and will not charge the device was evaluated by a Samsung technician ..he replaced the battery and the piece that charges it and it still doesn't work... now because my warranty ran out * days after the device stopped working Samsung wants me to pay $**.** dollars to get it repaired after spending $***.** dollars for the cost of the phone and im still paying that off...this is the worst company ever..the device has no physical or liquid damage and because the warranty is expired they will not help me resolve this issue I feel like they stole $***.** dollars from me...do not purchase anything from Samsung they do not care about their customers
