~ Unhappy customer!!: Very poor service and they did not solve my problem I've called them (Samsung ) since the problem started on my smart tv las year they sen some "techs" from Richmond* Rosenberg to solve the problem but the problem consisted and now I call and they tell me warranty ran out and they can't do anything anymore! It's not their problem .
