~ekeeno: have to tell you how EXTREMELY disappointed I am with Samsung's customer service. *We have a Samsung washer and dryer that we just bought less than a year ago. This past June, the washer became defective and caused a serious leak which has in turn ruined our floor covering. The problem is that our washer & dryer are in an area of our kitchen, so not only did the leak ruin the floor around the washer * dryer, but also a major part of our kitchen area.*Long story short, and believe me it is LONNNNNG story, we were promised by * repairmen, and our sales person that our floor would be replaced by Samsung. At that time I was singing the praises of Samsung, so impressed on their customer satisfaction. I am definitely not singing the praises of Samsung anymore. As a matter of fact I tell everyone in our family, every one of our friends, everyone that I work with, every one we know at church, I post it on my FB page, I post it on Twitter, I post it on Instagram....DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Samsung. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Samsung problem?
~ekeeno: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ekeeno: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ekeeno: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~ekeeno: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
