GetHuman-367334: I called because a neighbor in the apartment complex, I live in is using inappropriate power cords outside to get power to his apartment, and I am concerned about the safety.His gas and electric has been turned off. I am disabled, and very concerned, for my safety, in case of fire. They said they would send someone out, then called back ** minutes later, saying they weren't sending anyone out, to call the police. It's an electricity problem, not a legal problem. SDG&E showed me they have no concern for people! It galls me that I pay them, for my electricity!
