~DBN: I have contacted Seterus at least * times to tell them that I cannot access my account on line. It continues to take me to Homeowner's Assistance. Each time I talk to a polite and seemingly helpful customer service rep but the problem remains unresolved. Each time I am told to wait ** hours and to try again but nothing happens. One of the reps said several people are experiencing this and that they are up to date on resolving this issue but the problem remains!! How can this get resolved?????
