~RSK: I have not been able to pay my bill on line for days when I go to there web site and try to pay like I have been doing for the last few years I get a Pop-Up saying "Thank you for contacting us to determine if you qualify for homeowner's assistance. The following windows will help guide you through the qualification process." I have not contacted them for assistance and I don't need assistance but no matter what option I choose to go to on their website the same Pop-Up comes up -- I even tried filling out their form showing I make enough money to pay my house payment and still nothing -- it won't even accept the information I input! I try to call and I can't reach them by phone -- I keep getting a recorded message saying "we are temporarily closed please call back later" I started trying to call and make my payment on Thursday March *, **** and it is Tuesday March **, ****. Any ideas? They will allow me to pay by phone but they want to charge $** for the service of paying my mortgage
