~johnson2387033: I really want to talk to Rhonda Wilson over the customer service dept. I asked for her extension number and was told that she does not talk to "people". That is the most craziest thing that I ever heard. I am not being heard, I talked to Nikki and was questioning her. She told me it was all my fault that * payments were taken out. Gave me a fax number to send a letter from my bank to I asked for her extension to so I know the letter was received. Then she started telling me that she could not hear me. I could hear her rattling things in back ground. So where did all this get me? A "supervisor" that was rude, pretended she could not hear me instead of answering any more questions, and hung up on me. I was always told that customers are the reason I get paid. She was not taught this. I would very much like a email number for Rhonda Wilson, or she can give me her telephone number and I will call her. She can email me for my number I would gladly give it to her. Of course I do know that no
