~Mastine Braswell: I was calling to do afollow-up on an affidavit I mailed to this company--requesting a signature for a lost money order for a payment in the amount of ***.**. I had contact the Postal Service and this form needed to be signed and notarized by Seterus acknowledging they had not received or cashed this money. I was told the company could not sign a notarized copy. I was told by Kathleen(employee of company)"we did not steal your money order."*I FEEL IT WAS A CALLOUS REMARK, I AM TRYING TO RETREIVE THIS INFORMATION, SO THE POSTAL SERVICE CAN RE-ISSUE THE ***.** PAYMENT I WAS TRYING TO APPLY TO MY MORTGAGE. THERE WAS NO RESOLVE FROM THIS COMPANY. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS COMPANY SERVICE STINKS!!!
