~judy fordham: It may not be Seterus - I finally after a week had to have Citimortgage call them. IT IS THE WAY CM transfers that messes up our loans - Seterus can only go by how CM transferred. I was in a past due and yet I was on time! JUST CAME OFF JUNE * hardship and they mailed back my JUNE! UNREAL. Still waiting for my welcome package but finally got someone at Seterus who said she is still trying to load my info and call back.
