~mfloyd: Just needed a document faxed to my bank, website had been down for days they tell me it will take a week? Really? They are nothing more than a call center and cannot and will not HELP YOU!!!! But they will ask you if you want to make a payment FOR SURE!!!! Pisses me off. Im not late and dont owe them nothing. Pitiful. I didnt ask this company to buy my mortgage and I certainly will never have any doings with them EVER again. v
