~Boltrounder: We are terrified that Seterus is going to try to force us out of our home. We've never missed a payment, never had a late- nothing. But Citimortgage sold our loan to Seterus, and we've read THOUSANDS of horror stories about people who've been cheated and tricked into foreclosure by Seterus, usually via their loan modification process. We DO NOT want a loan mod, and haven't applied for one, but we just got paperwork today saying "they've started the process for us." They say not to worry, but I'm worried!!
