~ANONYMOUS: citibank sold my mortgage to seterus. seterus converted it to a ***** may loan and I was never notified. I found out at the signing of the modification. my principle would not be reduced because it was a ***** may loan. I put **K down on my dream home, then lost my job. I spent almost a year of trying to get a moddication with them constantly losing paperwork and stalling. Then finally they told me my $**K income was too high. I didn't qualify for a modication The rep told me very rudely I should just get a second job or just sign over the house to seterus! You can never speak a person and when you do they can never give you any information. They are like machines!. They even locked me out of my account online. I finally hired an attorney who didn't help me much. I got a ** year mortgage tons of interest & fees, because they stall and you rack up fees. I got nailed to the wall. I think I have met the devil and it's name is Seterus! I could write a book about their horrible cust
