~Ken: I spoke with a sales rep to extend my contract and was told the cost would be $*** for a year's extension. Later in the day I checked my bank account and found they had debited $*** from my account. When I called back to rectify the issue, I was told it would take *-* business days to send a refund. How is it they can take your money instantly, but it takes days to get a refund? I asked for compensation for their error and was told I would receive $** off my next renewal. Make sure you review your charges with the sales rep before you hang up or they'll "borrow" your money for a few days. Poor customer focus.

~Ken: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ken: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ken: For that I would say three out of five.

~Ken: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
