~Da_Great_Dog: I needed my account to be verified and I sent the information and called right away to get an estimate on how long it would take, they were able to verify me right away!

~Da_Great_Dog: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Da_Great_Dog: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
