~Kim: The company didn't send the correct number of envelopes and told me that they would handle it "hopefully" within ** hours. I need these to be mailed immediately. The agent treated me as if I was being unreasonable because I wanted it handled right away and these were time sensitive cards. He was condescending and unaccommodating. I don't think I will use Snapfish again unless this is handled well.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Snapfish. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Snapfish problem?
~Kim: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kim: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Snapfish's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kim: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Snapfish customers?
~Kim: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Snapfish to know who you are.
