~Pissed in Vegas: I purchased a solar cover from them a year ago. Shipping was fair considering the size of the box. Now fast forward to this year. I purchased a new Solar Cover Reel.....THREE WEEKS ago. Paid through Paypal, which I have a receipt of payment, yet I never received a tracking number, I called last week... was in que for ** minutes finally customer support answered, Kyle Burngasser. Granted he took the brint of my frustration and still maintained his cool but then took him close to ** minutes to figure out that the item was out of stock and discontinued... yet it still shows for sale on their website. I was told he would immediately ship out an upgrade which was in stock and I have an email confirmation from him stating that they were shipping out immediately. Over a week has gone by, no package no tracking number. I called left messages... could not get an answer. I then receive an email a few days later: "There was no way we could get anything out to fast enough because of how
