~2484enc: Called last month about a measly $* late fee which the rep said she was fine with removing seeing how I have been a Sprint customer over ** years with this rarely happening. The charge ended up not being removed so I called back and rep told me there were no notes in the system saying I had talked to anyone so after ** minutes of waiting for the "Senior Specialist" who was unapologetic & basically treated me like I was lying & informed me that the charge was valid (no **** buddy) they finally removed it. What a waste of time & energy. If the *st lady had done her job properly none of this would have happened. Seriously considering saying PEACE OUT to Sprint.
