~Natalie Patrick CDA: I called on ********** *:**pm to take care of false charges on my bill. After on the phone for over an hour, I was told a manager would call me back. Reference I.D. *I-***-***-***.*Since I have never recieved a call back and stopped into my local Sprint to see if any charges were taken care of, and nothing was corrected. I called back today. ********** two weeks after my call should have been returned.* In this call I was transferred numerous times to people I could barely understand, I was told **% would be taken off of my bill. I said that is not good enough! Then they said **% can be taken off of my bill. I was not happy with **% either. I have false charges on my account and need it fixed ***%. So I was transferred to a gentleman named Sam, claimed to be an Operations Supervisor. He was very rude to me and said since I wasnt happy with ** or **% he will help me with nothing. I asked for a higher up manager after being on the phone for an hour and a half. They wanted a manager to c
