GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-xcrazyke: I am so disappointed in the fact that we agreed to leasing our phones with Sprint. We will end up paying $**** dollars for a phone that we have to return at the end of the two year agreement (or pay an ADDITIONAL $*** to keep the phone). The gentleman made it sound like it was such a good deal and that ALL COMPANIES were following suit* so it was basically our only option. The more I think about this, the more upset I become. We could've been paying at T-Mobile or Verizon to own a phone instead of throwing money away. Is there a way Sprint will work with us on this? This is a rip-off.
