~TREVEON MCGEE: TODAY I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE ON THURSDAY ********* THE ASSISTANT MANAGER AT ***** TOLD ME HE WAS GOING ORDER A REPLACEMENT PHONE FOR ME. WHEN I MADE IT HOME I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOLD ME NOTHING WAS THERE IN THE SYSTEM. TODAY ******* I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CALLED THE STORE ***** AND THE EMPLOYEE GIVE ME TICKET *******************. WHY WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING RACHEL COULDN'T GIVE ME THE TICKET NUMBER THIS MORNING AT *:**AM? THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM SPRINT.I HOPE THE EMPLOYEE'S ARE NICE TO ME WHEN I PICK UP MY PHONE NEXT WEEK.
