~Lee@afruitphone: I work for a big phone company in customer service and sales support. I was trying to contact Sprint for our mutual customer with a upgrade eligibility issue, the call advisor with Sprint was not helpful, when I was prompted to contact my own service team I let her know a second time I was that team, she then suggested contacting "national sales support" which I asked to be connected to, she could not do this, so I asked for the number, she could not provide it either, when I asked for her supervior or manager to get that number she disconnected without giving a minimal good bye. VERY rude, and since I offer support I would expect I am beyond disappointed and I must say I will never consider Sprint as a carrier.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~Lee@afruitphone: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lee@afruitphone: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lee@afruitphone: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~Lee@afruitphone: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
