~Billy 100go: I was helped by a Lady called Gilligan,she was brilliant at her job ,was helpful and understanding because I am deaf ,The service from all of Squarestrades team was as good as it gets,all the staff are well trained and are good at there job

~Billy 100go: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Billy 100go: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
