~Eugene Flores: This service was above all standards I have ever worked with. Just last November I had a GoPro camera that had a water leak in the housing, that other insurance company finely complete the claim. (Sent a check for a new GoPro) I started the this claim in September. So to see a service agreement that does what they promise is just outstanding. ~Eugene Flores: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Eugene Flores: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SquareTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Eugene Flores: For that I would say three out of five.

~Eugene Flores: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SquareTrade to know who you are.
