~kelly billiot: I called this number to check on a claim that someone was supposed to file. This was not the claims department so the woman gave me the correct number and then she offered to transfer me to someone with that department. Everything was very kind and quick.

~kelly billiot: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
