~HistoryGirl4Ever: I'm a State Farm customer, but I received another customer's policy paperwork WITH MY ADDRESS ON IT. The rep, Christine, was EXTREMELY helpful* apologetic that the error occurred, and thanked ME for being gracious enough to inform them. It was wonderful doing business with someone who spoke English.

~HistoryGirl4Ever: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HistoryGirl4Ever: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about State Farm's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HistoryGirl4Ever: For that I would say three out of five.
