GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's State Farm customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lacy: Very easy. I needed a copy of my declarations page and the call lasted under one minute. I love this number, a live person answered on the first ring. She only asked my name and pulled up my policy information. She verified my email and sent it right away. I am very impressed with this number, I get tired of dealing with the computer automated press ** junk. I wish AT&T had this, I would not dread calling them if it was this simple.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting State Farm. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a State Farm problem?
~lacy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lacy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about State Farm's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lacy: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other State Farm customers?
~lacy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for State Farm to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~lacy taken from his State Farm customer service problem that occurred on October 30th, 2017.
