~KANSASOKIE: called this number and ********** and waited ** minutes. I have had this insurance for ** years and have ** vehicles that are insured but if I cant get any one I will change insurance. The reason I am calling is to get a new agent because they are moving ours out of town where I cAN TALK TO A HUMAN. MANY PEOPLE ARE SWITCHING INSURANCE TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT HAS AN AGENT IN TOWN FOR THIS REASON *ANSWER THE PHONE)
