~Alan Todd: talked to Waneta(?) and her supervisor. Refused to help. Kept telling me to talk to my agent which I have and did not receive the information I needed. When I told them I had talked to my agent and did not get the information I needed they said they were sorry but could not help. I'm having a new roof put on my house. Planning to use a class * impact resistance for which state farm offers a discount to the dwelling premium. Before I select a shingle to be installed I'd like to know if it is approved for a discount and how much. State farm will not tell me. They say to have the shingle installed and THEN they will tell me if it is approved for a discount and how much...after-the-fact...STUPID
