~Anonymous: Store NO: ***, Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA ***** IS THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER! I waited ** minutes from placing my order in Drive-Thru to get to the window. Once I got to the window she told me that there was going to be a long wait on shakes, would I like to wait. I told her I already waited a long time, I want my shakes. I pulled up and waited *mins. in my car and checked the receipt and it was the wrong receipt. I went in the inside to get the correct receipt and waited another *mins. for someone to come to the register. When I finally received a receipt the total was still not right. Finally after speaking with the manager, I got the correct receipt and free shakes coupons. My total wait time for a drive-thru order was about ** minutes. The customer service skills for the employees is a "*" for this location.
