~President Dixie: I have been trying to port my number for over two days to no avail. The service rep sent an email and told me it should be fixed in ** hours. Fingers crossed!

~President Dixie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~President Dixie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~President Dixie: For that I would say three out of five.
