GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Bobbalu: These "csr" speak some form of english, just none you can comprehend. When you ask for a supervisor you are told by every one of them THEY are the supervisor. I have spent probably * hours per month for ** months trying to get my data set up, and it still doesn't. I PAY for it every month, but there remains some kind of internal server problem. NOW I'm told that if I terminate my service today-Jan * ****, I will not be reimbursed for any of the money I have paid through Feb *, ****. You would get as good phone service if you stuck a finger in your ear and a thumb you know where, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY If I could give them a MINUS * on everything, I would.

~Bobbalu: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Bobbalu: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bobbalu: For that I would say one out of five.

~Bobbalu: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
