GetHuman-376040: This was by far the most agrivating experience I have had. Three days on the phone and on line and still could not get service to my iphone. if you do the bring your own phone it is awful. the customer service was not at all helpful. After three days I closed the account I had paid for and went to AT and T and opened an account with them which took all of *** hr to get my phone up and running. Called the manager of customer service and demanded my money back on the package. If they can't correctly service you, stay with it to get a refund, we did. I do not reccommend it for a bring your own phone plan. The worse I have ever delt with.
