~kevingarit: This is a recorded voice that keeps coming back to you - no matter what option you choose - and tells you "We are an online support center..." These people are f'in useless. They want to gouge you for "Platinum" support and their on-line "support" blatantly lies when they say they will be back to you in a hour. I have waited * hours for a response so far.

~kevingarit: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~kevingarit: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SurveyMonkey's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kevingarit: For that I would say two out of five.
