~kathy: Stay Away Horrible Service and Horrible Costumer service! They don't send out mails and just text most of the time its just commercial texts and if you don't read the one that are important then its your falt b*c they don't send mails. Horrible costumer service and so much over charges. I can't wait for my * month to end. They send out saying "Get up to ***$ of gift card by referring a friend to T-Mobile":( I'll recomend everyone in Facebook, Twiter, any other website to Stay Away from T-Mobile for their horrible costumer Service!!!

~kathy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kathy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kathy: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~kathy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
