~berrys: They ported our existing numbers * days before they said they would. They had not yet gotten the phones to us so we "had service" as they said, but no cell phones to use them with. No phones for * days. Our work suffered!! No one there even seemed to care. They said there was nothing they could do. What a welcome to their company, huh?!?!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~berrys: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~berrys: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~berrys: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~berrys: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
