~wade williams: Today late afternoon I called and spoke to a "carol"---she put me on hold because of my problem and checked back with me every two minutes or so while I waited for a supervisor. superior service. "Ida" or "Ira" (supervisor) came on after a * - * minute wait, which was well worth the wait. Very superior service. She showed compassion, professionalism, and overall helpfulness. I have had problems, glitches here and there with t-mobile before. It has taken time and effort to resolve some issues. After today, I know that if I have a "legitimate" reason why I might go over my minutes, t-mobile will listen and care. Ida did care and I thank her for her service. I will stay with tmobile.

~wade williams: For that I would say one out of five.
