GetHuman-213507: Not happy with the new account opening process online. It would be best not to allow customers to transfer money between banking institutions because it MAY take a long time to tranfer the money. I'd say open the account online then physically walk in the branch and make the deposit after the account has been completely set up. It will save you unnecessary drama. If a problem did arise from a transfer or transfers you made online. **It would be a great bank as long as you don't have any problems. Just put money in and keep close tabs on your money. Document everything it's your only hope!
