~grizbear: A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF NATHAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE HELPFUL AND I APPRECIATE HIS SERVICE ON MY TV GUIDE ACCOUNT AND THAT OF MY GIFT SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL.
