~jandj: Ordered something online. It never came. Was told to call back on ***** if it didnt come to the person I mailied it to. They never received it. Called target and was told sorry the item is no longer in stock and dont know when we will have it again. This was a specialty item I couldnt find anywhere else. Customer service is horrible. Day before Christmas and they show no compassion.

~jandj: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jandj: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jandj: For that I would say one out of five.

~jandj: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target to know who you are.
