GetHuman-402610: I called the other day I finally got to speak with an actually person. Then they said I couldn't cancel because their computer froze up. Now I've been on hold for over ** minutes and still have talked to no one. They were charging me $*.** a month and since I called the other day now they charged me $**.**. I will never subscribe from them again.
