~Larry: Why even have a CS. Lies, lies, lies. Nothihg is ever solved. Newspaper service is completely non-existent here in Spring Hill. Apparently the carrier has quit and the District Manager is not doing his*her job in making sure customers are receiving their papers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting The Tennessean. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a The Tennessean problem?
~Larry: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Larry: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The Tennessean's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Larry: For that I would say five out of five.

~Larry: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for The Tennessean to know who you are.
