~Jan: Absolutely unpleasant experience, I called to clarify an outstanding issue and gave the case number, rep said it had been closed because they could not reach via email or phone, totally untrue. Asked to speak with Mgr. and told "there are no escalation!" Rep repeatedly talked over my conversation , interrupted dozen times.*They actually pay these people as reps!
