~Robb: Very disappointment with the customer service representative in dealing with my situation. I was issued a dirty and smelly car with a lot of animal hair in the vehicle. I was promised a $**.** certificate which has never arrived but that does not begin to resolve the problems I encountered during my trip. Your customer service in resolving situations with your clients needs a major overhaul.
