~waryconsumer: Not a native English speaker, hard to understand and hard to make myself understood. Did not have too much trouble getting to live person by pressing zero. *Asked if grand total included insurance for Costa Rica, was told ins. is extra $** a day. Told her quoted rate was deceiving. She said that's why it's "estimated." I told her they know darn well what the rate is, and it's not an estimate, it's an intentional play to deceive. That said, ins. is mandatory in CR and will probably end up taking the deal.
