~adamj: They gave me a defective car - which i pointed out twice before leaving the lot. It was dead when I woke in the morning. They offered a three $** vouchers... It cost me $** in tolls to get back there and an hour each way of driving. Are you kidding me?! Corporate customer service even threatened to charge me for the tire if I didn't take their voucher offer. What?? BTW, their "hidden" upcharges are very high - that is why their rental rate seems cheaper
