~Arnaldo Haltenhof: Creo que habiendo tantos imigrantes de otras partes del mundo en los Estados Unidos, sobre todo de habla ispana deberian tener mas personal bilingue el Idioma Ingles es tan rico como el espa****ol y una palabra puede significar muchas cosas por lo que los que no somos perfectos en el habla inglesa tenemos dificultades en la comunicacion, yo tengo un a****o mi cuenta en Tumbtack y nunca la pude usar porque no encuentro respuesta a mis consultas es mas hay veces que el personal no tiene la paciencia para entablar un dialogo. Creo que esto deberian corregirlo no solo por una mejor atencion al cliente si no porque podrian lograr una mayor cantidad de ventas. Salvo que no sea de su interes.

~Arnaldo Haltenhof: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Arnaldo Haltenhof: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Thumbtack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Arnaldo Haltenhof: For that I would say five out of five.
