GetHuman-435068: They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I seriously waited an hour and thirty minutes until I gave up and called the next day and finally got through after twenty minutes and the man that helped me was completley rude. I had orderd a packacge and never recieved it and called to report it lost. He asked if I checked with the post office, which I did. Then he asked if I wanted a refund. There was no mention of asking if I wanted to order the product again. I will never order or go to their store again and advise everyone to do the same. Hopefully there's no problems getting the refund.
